The DNA of the company started with me, the founder, and as people joined me with their own unique strands of DNA, we formed a wholly new DNA structure. We were like minded people who always gave it all. No matter what! The fundamental DNA of our company was created by its leaders, whose characters, backgrounds, values, and competencies merged into one string of DNA to ultimately create who we are today.

We decided at a young age that we would always give it all. We would fail, but fail forward and never stop. It is very easy to accept failure if you look yourself in the mirror knowing that you gave it all.

To be an entrepreneur you need perseverance, perseverance and perseverance. This, together with the “give it all” mindset is a good combination for succes.
